Here's to the glorious goat! The venerable goat is arguably the Caribbean's most beloved domesticated animal. It's been on the islands as long as the New-Worlders have been, and it's as much a part of Antigua as the sugar mills and beaches. Our pale ale is a great way to start your departure from the routine lager. A very approachable pale ale, it has citrus notes and a nice medium finish, with just a slight bitterness that hints at what the India Pale Ale (IPA) can deliver should you venture do

Our nod to a true marathoner of the skies, the magnificent frigate and to our sister island Barbuda which is home to one of the largest frigate colonies in the world. The amber ale has a nice round flavour, with a perfect balance of maltiness and hops that makes it a classic session beer. The top-fermenting process brings out subtle fruit overtones due to the hops that nicely contrast the toasted malt notes of this very drinkable beer.

Lord Admiral Nelson fortified English Harbour and dominated the Caribbean sea, just as our stout at 9% abv can fortify your spirit and dominate your taste buds. Like all good stouts, this low-carbonated smoothie has aromatic notes of molasses with the alcohol cutting away any potential overbearing sweetness. This beer takes command of your senses and salutes the very best of English beer traditions.

 Our Pilnser is true to style. Light in colour and delicate in flavour with a slight hint of the tradition SAAZ hops. Crafted to be sessioned on the sand, on your boat or your favourite place to lime. Like pigeon point this beer is tastefully accessible. 

 All grain lager, infused with Local Antiguan Honey. Our unique lager is made from 100% grain, honey malted grain and Local Honey, it's rich honey colour sets it aside from its corn based friends.

As ubiquitous as the tree-frog, no Antiguan evening serenade is complete without barking village dogs. And like those dogs, our ginger beer has a bite as loud as its bark. We put shredded and chunked ginger root into the wort and also in the fermentation tank to create a cloudy pale ale. This is not a beer with a hint of ginger, rather it's a true-brewed potent ginger ale that is nose forward, giving the drinker fair warning of the heat that is about to be experienced. The exquisite ginger zip ignites in the back of the palate and finishes with a lovely warm denouement that begs for another sip. Guaranteed to cure what ale's you. Now, shut that damn dog up!
